The Area

To reach Bayswater Marina, you will fly into Auckland Airport (AKL). From the airport, it's typically a 40-50 minute drive by taxi, ride hailing service, or rental car. Alternatively, you can take the SkyBus to downtown Auckland and then a ferry from the city centre directly to Bayswater Marina, which is a pleasant option.

Getting There

The best time for sailing in Auckland is during the summer months, from November through to April. This period generally brings warmer weather, more consistent winds, and longer daylight hours, all of which create excellent conditions for your RYA sailing course in the Hauraki Gulf.
