By accessing or using SailingTree.com (the “Site”) and any services, applications, or content made available through the Site (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and our [Privacy Policy]. We do not own, operate, or control the schools listed on the Site. Listings are provided for informational purposes, and all arrangements are made directly between you and the provider.

You may upload, post, or submit reviews, comments, images, or other materials (“User Content”). By doing so, you:
- grant SailingTree a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, adapt, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Services; and
- represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any law or infringe any third‑party rights. We may remove or edit User Content at our sole discretion.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- use the Services for any unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purpose;
- interfere with or disrupt the Site, servers, or networks;
- post or transmit any viruses or malicious code;
- harvest or scrape data from the Site without our express permission;
- impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation; or
- violate any applicable laws or regulations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is owned by or licensed to SailingTree and is protected by intellectual‑property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any portion of the Site without our prior written consent.

The Site may contain links to third‑party websites or resources. SailingTree does not endorse and is not responsible for the content or services of any third‑party site. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” SailingTree makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, Services, or any content, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or secure.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SailingTree, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages—arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 or (b) the amount you paid to SailingTree, if any, for the Services in the 12‑month period preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SailingTree and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
