To reach Middle Harbour Yacht Club in Mosman, Sydney, you will fly into Sydney Airport (SYD), also known as Kingsford Smith Airport. From the airport, Mosman is approximately a 30-45 minute drive by taxi or ride hailing service, depending on traffic. Car rentals are available, and public transport options involving trains and buses or ferries can also be used.
Sydney Harbour offers excellent sailing conditions for much of the year, but the period from September through to April is generally considered optimal. During these spring, summer, and autumn months, you'll find warm weather, reliable sea breezes (often nor'easters in summer), and plenty of sunshine, making it ideal for RYA courses.
