The Hong Kong Catamaran Club is located in Wanchai, at the Hong Kong Catamaran Club Ltd., Rm 1703, 109 Gloucester Rd. This sailing school has been around since 2008 and was the first in Hong Kong to become an ASA affiliate. They offer a variety of sailing courses throughout the year, taking advantage of Hong Kong’s mild weather and sandy beaches. The school has trained over 20 instructors and nearly 800 students from different parts of the world, ranging in age from 13 to 75. Courses are conducted in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin and include both theoretical and practical sailing components in Hong Kong’s South Waters.

Our facilities are situated at the Hong Kong Catamaran Club Ltd., offering easy access to the waters of South Hong Kong. The club’s location allows students to engage in practical sailing sessions in open waters, gaining hands-on experience with a variety of vessels, including the Beneteau 21.7, Oceanis 34, and Jeanneau SO44I. Whether you're a beginner or seeking advanced certification, our courses are designed to build confidence and skills in a relaxed yet professional environment.
From Hong Kong International Airport, the most convenient way to reach the Hong Kong Catamaran Club is by taxi or ride-hailing service, which takes approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Alternatively, you can take the Airport Express train to Hong Kong Station and then transfer to a taxi or bus to Wanchai. Once in Wanchai, the club is located at Rm 1703, 109 Gloucester Rd., within the Hong Kong Catamaran Club Ltd. Building. If you prefer driving, car rentals are available at the airport, and parking may be available nearby. We recommend using a GPS or ride-hailing app for the most direct route to ensure a smooth journey to our location.
