To reach SAIL GLOBAL Sailing School, travelers can fly into Shanghai Pudong International Airport or Shanghai Hongqiao International Airport, both major gateways serving international and domestic flights. From Shanghai, you can rent a car or arrange a private transfer to Suzhou, approximately a 1.5 to 2-hour drive northwest. Alternatively, high-speed trains run regularly from Shanghai to Suzhou Railway Station, which is about a 30-minute taxi or ride-hailing ride to the school location in Suzhou Bay, Wujiang. Once in Suzhou, you can use ride-hailing services or taxis to reach the school directly. If driving, simply follow signs from the expressway to Suzhou Bay, where the school is located, making your journey smooth and convenient.
The best time to sail in Jiangsu is during the late spring and early autumn months, typically from April to June and September to October. During these periods, the weather is comfortably warm with steady breezes, making for enjoyable sailing conditions.
