Join us at Club Yachting in Tenerife, where we offer RYA courses for all abilities, from Competent Crew through to Day Skipper. Our location at Marina del Sur in Playa Las Galletas provides a fantastic setting against Tenerife's unique volcanic coastline, perfect for learning to sail in the Atlantic. We aim to combine quality, hands on instruction with memorable sailing experiences.

Marina del Sur in Las Galletas is a great place to learn to sail, offering direct access to the Atlantic and the reliable trade winds of the Canary Islands. This provides consistent conditions for practical training, allowing students to gain valuable open water experience with the beautiful Tenerife coastline as a backdrop.
How to get there
If you're flying to Tenerife, the most convenient airport for reaching us at Marina del Sur in Playa Las Galletas is Tenerife South Airport (TFS), which is only about 15 km away. Taxis and car rentals are readily available there. While Tenerife North Airport (TFN) is an alternative, it's further away, approximately 75 km from our location.
Best time to go
The prime time for sailing here in Tenerife is typically from October through April. During these months, you'll benefit from steady trade winds and mild Atlantic temperatures, creating excellent and consistent conditions for sailing courses and exploring the Canary Islands.
