The Area

Getting There

Courses in the Sea of Cortez are easily accessible with short flights from the U.S. to the tranquil city of La Paz, or via Cabo San Lucas followed by a shuttle transfer.

The ideal sailing season in the Sea of Cortez runs from late fall through spring, with March and April offering a perfect balance of warm days, steady winds, and peak marine life activity. This is when visibility is high for snorkeling, whales and rays are migrating, and the desert coastline is at its most vibrant.
