The school boasts a fleet that includes new 33-foot and 28-foot cruisers, along with two 27-foot racing boats, all maintained in a dedicated dockside area. The facilities also include a second-floor training space and a coastal area suited for practical lessons, supported by a team of experienced instructors led by Doctor Lo Jyh-Yeuan.

The area enjoys warm weather throughout the year, allowing for continuous training without seasonal interruptions. With proximity to major transportation hubs, including Tainan City and Kaohsiung City, as well as quick access to motorways and high-speed rail, our location is both convenient and ideal for aspiring sailors. Our fleet includes modern 33-foot cruisers, 28-foot cruisers, and two 27-foot racing yachts, supporting a comprehensive training program that caters to all skill levels.
Getting There
Arriving at Taiwan's main international gateway, Taoyuan International Airport, you'll find convenient options to reach Kaohsiung City. From the airport, you can take a high-speed train (THSR) directly to Kaohsiung Zuoying Station, which takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Alternatively, you can rent a car or use ride-hailing services like Uber or local taxi apps for a more direct journey, which typically takes around 4 to 4.5 hours depending on traffic. Once in Kaohsiung, follow signs to the Xingda Harbor area; our sailing school is just a short 10-minute drive from the major motorway interchange and about 15 minutes from the high-speed rail station, making it easy to access from all parts of the city.
Best Time to Go
The best time to sail in Kaohsiung is from late autumn to early spring, typically between November and March, when the weather is mild and the sea conditions are calm. During these months, you can enjoy smooth sailing with comfortable temperatures and less humidity.
